Dreamlord were founded in 2010 in Athens, and is the revival of an older project. The original line-up was : Babis – Rhythm Guitar,Vocals | Yiannis – Drums | Christos – Bass Guitar, Backing Vocals | Yiannis – Lead Guitar. With this line-up, the band started playing a series of concerts, and preparing material for its debut album.

In March of 2013, Yiannis left the band and was replaced, a few months later, by current drummer Nikos. The band continued performing in various concerts and festivals, with the most important appearance next to Annihilator in 2019, in Athens.

In December of 2019, the band released its debut album “Disciples of War”, via No Remorse Records.

Throughout the pandemic, the band started composing new material, and in 2023 started performing, while entering the studio for the recording of its’ second album “Artificial Imprisonment”, which was released in September of
2025.
The band currently is promoting the new album and performs a series of concerts
